Other Games and Prototypes

On this page, you can find other games I've made using Unreal Engine and Unity using tutorials!
A farming game I made following Sunny Valley's tutorial to learn a new game genre! 
 

Penguin Farming is a game where an intriguing penguin miraculously washes up on shore of an Alaskan farm after global warming melted his home! Work with the penguin to build your farm in a winter climate to house the penguin and his arctic friends. 

This game was made as a demonstration of my skills in creating basic farm game mechanics and a working system, and a simple framework to build upon. It is not yet themed to the winter setting with major additions, but elements such as item purchasing, basic economy, weather patterns, crop growth, and dialogue are included.

A Doodle-Jump-inspired game I made on Unity as practice in scripting an endless jumping 2D platformer. 

CyberCity Jump is made with Unity Store assets. The game features a platform cloud spawner, score system, and in-game boosts and sound. 

Future updates:

>Further boosts to add depth to the game
 
A 3D Platformer physics-based game I made on Unreal Engine 5 using Gamedev.Tv's visual scripting for Unreal Engine tutorial. 
 
Use your skills to maneuver around the level as a slimeball and collect as many crystals as you can along the way. Maneuvering takes skill, so move slowly! Avoid the red, damaging crystals on your path! 

> Level Design: Features platforming elements like ramps, jumps, and moving platforms

> Crystal Collection: The core mechanic involves collecting crystals while progressing through levels.

> Player Interaction: Teaches essential Unreal Engine skills, including Blueprint scripting, materials, and lighting.

My additions: 

>Moving platforms

>Animated slime ball

>Level and obstacles to emphasize on player skill to maneuver around obstacles 
 

A physics-based puzzle game where the player controls an obstacle course board to maneuver the marble through a maze. 

Built using blueprint visual scripting to program game mechanics.
